Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days within the United States once your order has shipped.

High Volume Notice
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand product launches, processing and shipping times may extend beyond the estimates above. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email if your order experiences a significant delay.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume
  • Once your order has shipped and is in the carrier's possession, EKLAVIV is not responsible for delivery delays

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Payment Policy

All payments made to EKLAVIV are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. Prices displayed on our store may not include taxes, shipping fees, or customs and import duties where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred at checkout or upon delivery.
