We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at eklaviv@agogoxdistribution.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplements or personal care items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and — once the return is accepted — place a new order.
European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process it. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at eklaviv@agogoxdistribution.com.
